Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply exclusively to the two advisory services sold by Authentique Booking Service: the personalised advisory call and the detailed custom itinerary. They do not apply to any other service.

Final price: €69. Duration: 30 minutes, via WhatsApp or Messenger. This is an advisory service.

Rescheduling: free of charge, as many times as you wish, provided you give notice before the appointment. If you miss the appointment without notice (no-show), the call is deemed used: no refund and no free replacement appointment will be owed.

If Authentique Booking Service cancels the appointment, you may choose between a new appointment at no cost or a full refund of €69.

No audio or video recording of the call is made without the prior agreement of both parties.

Information and recommendations are given on the basis of the elements available at the time of the call, without any guarantee as to the future course of your trip.

Final price: €149 for a trip of up to 3 weeks, regardless of the number of travellers. Beyond 3 weeks: a single flat surcharge of €49, i.e. €198 in total, whatever the additional duration.

This is strictly an advisory and design service: no booking is included and no travel package is sold. You book and contract directly with airlines, hotels, ferries and transport providers, activities, excursions and other third parties.

The itinerary is delivered as a PDF via WhatsApp, within 5 working days counted solely from the receipt of all the necessary information.

After payment, you have one month to provide the complete file. Once this period has elapsed without a complete file, the order is deemed abandoned, subject to any applicable mandatory rights.

Up to 3 correction requests are included; they must be submitted within 7 days of the initial delivery and are processed within 3 working days.

Possible adjustments: stops, pace, transport and recommended accommodation, within the scope of the initial project. A substantial change of destination or of the nature of the trip, requiring a rebuild, constitutes a new service.

Payments are made in euros, by bank card or bank transfer. The prices of €69, €149 and €198 are final prices: no tax or additional fee is added by Authentique Booking Service.

A payment by bank transfer is confirmed only once the funds have been credited. An invoice is provided.

Prices, schedules, availability, transport, hotels, activities and other third-party information are valid according to the information available at the time of preparation and delivery, and may change. You must verify them again with the relevant third parties when booking.

The itinerary contains no affiliate links and no partnerships.

Authentique Booking Service acts solely as an advisory and design provider. To the extent permitted by law, it cannot be held liable for the course of your trip: weather and typhoons, delays and cancellations, carriers, hotels, activities, site closures, administrative decisions, accidents, health issues, losses and thefts, acts of third parties and events beyond the scope of the service.

Any liability that cannot be excluded under a mandatory rule remains reserved.

You remain responsible for your passport, your visa and your entry and stay conditions, your insurance, health requirements and vaccinations, and your administrative formalities.

Any information provided on these topics is indicative and does not replace official sources. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, without being mandatory.

The delivered PDF is reserved for your personal use and that of the participants in the same trip. Without authorisation, its resale, publication in full, reproduction or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

Before any payment for these services, you are presented with a mandatory checkbox “I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale”, together with a link to these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Where relevant, a separate, unticked checkbox allows you to expressly request that performance of the service begin before the end of any applicable withdrawal period, acknowledging that once the service has been fully performed, you may lose your right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable mandatory rules.

Any applicable mandatory right of withdrawal is respected. If you requested an early start and then exercise your withdrawal before full performance, the mandatory rules relating to the part already performed apply. After full performance accompanied by the appropriate consent and acknowledgement, the right of withdrawal may be lost in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Philippine law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
