Travel expert inspecting the room and view of a seafront hotel in the Philippines at sunset

Trust

Why My Recommendations Are Different.

I don't recommend places from the internet. I recommend places I personally visit.

How I work

How I work, step by step.

No address enters an itinerary before it has passed these six steps. It is slow, and it is exactly what makes the difference on the ground.

  1. Step 1

I travel regularly across the Philippines

I have lived here since 2021 and I am constantly back on the road: islands, provinces, ports and small airports.

  2. Step 2

    I inspect hotels personally

I ask to see several rooms, check the noise, the beach in front, the hot water and the service you actually get.

  3. Step 3

    I test restaurants

I eat where I will send you. If the kitchen slips, the address leaves my list the same week.

  4. Step 4

    I verify transfers

Ferries, vans, bangkas, domestic flights: I note the real departure times, real durations and days to avoid.

  5. Step 5

    I explore beaches and activities

I see the beach at low tide, dive with the centres and do the tours before recommending any of them.

  6. Step 6

Only then do I recommend them

What ends up in your itinerary was seen, tested and approved by me — not copied from a booking site.

What I refuse

What I will never do with your trip.

Recommend a place I haven't visited

If I haven't been there, I say so. An honest “I don't know” beats a misleading photo.

Build an impossible itinerary

A flight, a van and a boat in one day is not a programme: it is a lost day of your holiday.

Push you to visit too many islands

Two or three well-chosen islands beat five islands glimpsed between transfers.

Trust good reviews alone

Online ratings age badly. A hotel that was excellent last year may have changed management since.

My philosophy

Travel should never become a race.

The goal is not to see as many islands as possible.

The goal is to enjoy every day of your holiday.

The rest — transfers, timings, surprises — is my job, not yours.

What clients receive

Here is exactly what you get.

A professional itinerary

Day by day, realistic, with true travel times.

Hotel recommendations

Chosen for your style and checked in person, not in photos.

Transfer planning

Flights, ferries and vans coordinated, with the buffers you need.

Personal advice

What is worth the detour, what is not, and why.

WhatsApp support

One person, on the ground, available before and during your trip.
