First name, email address, WhatsApp number, answers to forms and questionnaires, information exchanged during a call or for itinerary design, order and payment details, and technical/statistical browsing data — the latter only after consent where consent is required.

No data is sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

This data is used to: answer your requests, analyse your project, arrange a call, design your itinerary, follow up on your file, manage orders, payments and invoicing, and allow you to exercise your rights.

Marketing communications (news, tips, offers) are only sent with a separate, optional consent.

The summary of your answers is meant to be sent via WhatsApp, under your control: nothing is sent without your final validation in WhatsApp.

The content of your questionnaire answers is never sent to Google Analytics, and no copy of the summary is stored locally on your device after submission.

The form includes a mandatory checkbox limited to processing your project and being contacted about it, plus a separate, optional and unticked checkbox for marketing communications.

Prospects: a maximum of 3 years after the last contact, unless you request deletion or a legal obligation requires otherwise.

Data related to a service: as long as needed for its delivery and follow-up.

Invoices and accounting records: for the period required by the legal, tax and accounting obligations applicable in the Philippines.

Your consent to receive MyPhilippines.fr news, tips and offers by email and WhatsApp is optional, separate and never pre-ticked. Refusing it has no consequence on submitting a form, a questionnaire or a purchase.

Withdraw at any time: on WhatsApp by sending “STOP”, or by email by replying to a message or writing to the contact address above.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-4D3WE68Q6Z) for audience measurement only: understanding which pages are read so the content can be improved. No advertising cookies, no remarketing and no advertising features are enabled.

Where consent is required, Google Analytics only runs after your agreement: no Analytics script is executed and no measurement cookie is set before that (Consent Mode v2 defaults to analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization denied). Refusing leaves the site fully usable.

Technical data collected if you accept: pages viewed and navigation path, date and time, device and browser type, language, approximate country derived from the (anonymised) IP address, and traffic source. No form or questionnaire content is sent to Google Analytics.

You can accept, refuse or withdraw your consent at any time through the “Manage cookies” link in the footer, or by opening the cookie settings panel. Your choice is stored for a maximum of 6 months, after which you are asked again — as you are whenever this policy changes.

GA4 user and event data retention is set to the shortest period offered, namely 2 months.

When you choose to communicate via WhatsApp, your exchanges are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. Email contact always remains available as an alternative.

Financial providers may process the data needed to execute payments. Authentique Booking Service does not intend to retain your full card details when these are processed directly by the payment provider.

Your data is only accessible to the people and providers needed to run the site and the services (technical hosting, payment, audience measurement, communication). It is not sold.

As Authentique Booking Service is established in the Philippines and some services may be provided from other countries, international data transfers are possible; they are carried out in compliance with applicable mandatory rules.

Depending on applicable law, you have rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction and objection, the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and the right to portability where applicable.

Reasonable measures are implemented to protect your data, but no absolute security can be guaranteed.
